After the call, the next step is typically for Jarrod to perform a complimentary Comparable Market Analysis or CMA to help determine the market value of your property. This process requires Jarrod to quickly visit the property to fully understand the features, benefits, and condition of the home. During this visit, Jarrod can make recommendations for any minor repairs or cosmetic updates that would benefit the home’s marketability. After the visit, Jarrod will perform the CMA and create an easy to read report showing the results of the analysis for you to review.
